Are you a new member of the club who has never climbed outdoors before? Or are you just feeling a bit rusty after the long cold winter? Well this is the opportunity to flex the muscles and join us for our first official outdoor trip of the season!

Other trad day trips throughout the season will tend to be organised adhoc on whatsapp/facebook.

This is members only but does not need pre-booked. Transport will be organised on Facebook/Whatsapp - if you don’t have access to these please contact us on belfastclimbers@gmail.com. Please provide your own equipment. At a minimum this will be a harness, shoes and a helmet. If you do not have these but would like to attend please contact us. Minimum skill level is to know how to lead belay. While you do not need to know how to trad climb (lead) we will not be teaching anyone how to lead, so if you do not know how to place gear, you will second (However, there are always people looking for a partner!)
